Community Model

We believe in local innovation and open collaboration.  We help research developers bring their products to the market meanwhile creating sustainable businesses for product distribution.

The core of GCS’s model is the relationship that we establish with our dealers and entrepreneurs. Our model reaches three main tiers of community: the dealer, entrepreneur, and farmer.

We work to bring technologies that create income-generating opportunities for both the dealer and entrepreneur while leading to community empowerment.

GCS will work closely with regional micro-finance institutions (MFIs) to assist with start-up costs for both the dealer and entrepreneur.
